Open the “My Profile” page in the Vai web app and scroll down to the “Data Room” section. Here, you can specify whether you have an established Data Room.

An investor will see on your Vai public profile which sections you have filled in the Data Room and, if interested, will send you a message through the Vai platform to request access.
Pro tip: Be honest and mark only what you truly have ready to show. If an investor requests market analysis or financial projections, you won’t be able to pull together something solid on short notice.
