If we’re unable to charge your card, your Vai account will automatically switch to the Free Plan.
Don’t worry: your data is safe, but access to premium features will be paused until payment is resolved.
What does this mean?
You won’t be able to share your profile, re-publish, or post updates
Investor matches and new messages will be paused
You’ll lose access to dashboard analytics and performance tracking
→ We’ll automatically try charging your card again the next day.
Once the payment goes through, your subscription will resume and all premium features will be restored. ✅

You can also manually restore your subscription at any time:
Go to your account settings
Choose your preferred plan (Monthly or Yearly)
Update your billing information, if needed
Click “Subscribe”
Your account will return to full functionality as soon as the payment goes through.
